This is a reminder that summer camp starts tomorrow, May 28th, from 8:30am-12:00pm.
Bus pick up at the park in Scandia at 8:15 am and drop off at 12:15 pm
Courtland drop off and pick up will be at the south main entrance doors.
Play Day at PV Elementary on May 21st from 9am-11:30am. Republic County Hospital will provide burgers and dogs for parents. Dawn will provide snow cones for the kids. The weather looks like it’s going to hold out for us!!! Go Panthers!

Just a reminder that the bus leaves at 7:45am from PV Elementary on 5/15/24 for the K-1st & 2nd Grade Field Trip . Kids will be given a sack breakfast, but they will need to BRING a sack lunch. Thank you,

May 14th is Preschool Roundup for Pike Valley Elementary at 6:00pm. If you are a current student, you don't need to attend. The PV Preschool Promotion is at 7:00pm also on the 14th.

Tonight's FFA Pals event at 5:00pm has been moved to the elementary gym in Courtland. We will have burgers, chips, cookies and water. All pals are encouraged to wear their tie-dye shirts. FFFA students will not be attending the FFA Greenhand Ag Mechanics scheduled for Monday May 6th, leaving at 7:30am due to forecasted severe weather.

3rd-4th grades meet in the flex room at 6:45pm. Concert Time: 7:00pm-7:20pm
5th-6th grades meet in Music room by 7:15pm Concert Time-7:30pm-8:00pm

It will be 8:30am-Noon the weeks of May 28th-May31st (Tues-Fri), June 3rd-6th (Mon-Thurs), June 10th-13th (Mon-Thurs), and June 17th-20th (Mon-Thurs). The focus will be writing, reading, math, technology, science, engineering, and art. 5th Grade-8th Grade will be working with the LEAPES Program through Kansas State University. They will be using drones, computer science, aerospace, artificial intelligence, & robots.
Summer Exploration 2024 will be in Courtland. We will bus kids from the park in Scandia to and from Courtland each day. Buses will leave Scandia at 8:15am and dropoff at 12:15pm.

This coming Monday, April 22nd at 7:00 pm Pike Valley will host the HS organization awards night for NHS, FBLA, STUCO, Art Society, and KAYS. The NHS Induction ceremony will be held that evening also. Each family is asked to bring a dessert. High School Track and Golf Athletic Awards banquet will be moved to Friday, May 17th.
